A proud member of the Coharie Indian Tribe of North Carolina, Stephen's professional journey began with service, discipline, and accountability. Throughout his life, he worked in both public sector and corporate environments while simultaneously operating independent ventures.
Over time, he became a trusted figure for those seeking efficient problem solving, process improvement, and best practice system implementation. He adopted an early personal standard: if he committed to a task, he would complete it thoroughly and accurately.
Before high school, Stephen embarked on a journey of genealogical and investigative research. In 2006, he formally registered his first business. At age 18, he purchased land and constructed his first home, gaining hands on experience in development and long term asset management.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Stephen finds joy in cooking, genealogical research, and engaging in small scale creative projects like woodworking, soap making, and hand sanitizer production.
