Stephen Maynor, President

 

Stephen Ray Maynor, Sr. serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Maynor Group, LLC and Maynor Corporation, Inc. He is the principal architect of a multi-company corporate structure that includes financial services, business incubation, genealogy research, real estate investment, and nonprofit leadership.

His work focuses on building strong organizational foundations, ensuring operational consistency, and aligning every subsidiary with a unified long-term vision.

Stephen’s leadership spans business management, finance, housing programs, real estate, and organizational development. He has built a diversified portfolio of companies operating under the Maynor corporate umbrella, all supported by a central management structure through Maynor Group, LLC.

Through disciplined planning and strategic oversight, he ensures each company receives the operational support, administrative systems, and guidance needed to function efficiently and grow responsibly.
